Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients in the intermediate care unit, ensuring timely interventions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with attention to detail
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact state)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 1-2 years of IMC or Med/Surg experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
Experience with telemetry and cardiac monitoring
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
