Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients in the Step-Down Unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Administer treatments and medications ensuring safety first
Advocate for patients making a real difference every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in SDU or similar step-down environments preferred
BLS certification required
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Reliable and adaptable per diem professional

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent patient communication
Proficiency in SDU protocols
Team collaboration and quick thinking
