Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
Advocate for young patients and their families every step of the way
Maintain accurate records and ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric med/surg experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong clinical skills and a passion for kids

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric nursing expertise
Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration
Family-centered care approaches
