Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate med/surg care to pediatric patients
Monitor and assess young patients with skill and empathy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Advocate for children's health in a specialized setting
Provide family-centered nursing that truly impacts lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Passionate about working with children
Strong clinical skills in a hospital environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration for young patients
Family communication and support
Electronic health records proficiency
Crisis intervention in pediatric settings
