Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week, every other weekend required, every third holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adults and geriatrics with cardiac, renal, and neurological conditions
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications
Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced PCU environment
Perform continuous EEG monitoring and manage stroke and diabetic patients

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Valid driver's license for radius rule verification
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
Experience with titratable drips and cardiac/neuro patient populations preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving
Ability to titrate and manage multiple drips
Knowledge of cardiac, nephrology, and neurology patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork
Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment
