Location: San Andreas, California

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with one hour lunch; Saturday schedule is approximately 2.5 hours in-patient only

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to promote understanding and compliance

Qualifications

Valid state license as a Physical Therapist in California
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
Patient education and motivational interviewing skills
