Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and compassionate radiation therapy treatments to patients using advanced technologies like IMRT, VMAT, and Proton Therapy
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of radiation oncologists and physicists to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
• Operate state-of-the-art equipment including Trubeam, Aria, and Vision RT to ensure accurate dose delivery
• Perform daily patient setup, immobilization, and imaging to guarantee treatment accuracy and patient comfort
• Monitor patients during treatment, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications

• Must hold a current ARRT (T) certification – if you're certified, we want you!
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting
• Comfortable working with EPIC, Aria, and imaging systems like CT simulation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in external beam (EBRT) and internal radiation therapy (IRT), including brachytherapy and proton therapy
• Proficient in 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT techniques
• Experience with treatment planning and delivery systems such as Trubeam and Vision RT
• Strong understanding of CT simulation and image guidance for accurate targeting
• Excellent communication skills to connect with patients and team members
