Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy assessments and treatments to restore function and mobility
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Texas - must be in good standing
CPR Certification (BLS) required
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Masters or Doctorate)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation techniques
Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient response and progress
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
