Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), weekends and holidays required, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance with flexibility for float assignments.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to a diverse patient population in PCU/IMC units across multiple facilities within Zone 1
Monitor and titrate cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, and heparin as needed
Float between different units and facilities adapting quickly to new environments and patient needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with charge nurses and physicians

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMC experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Must be comfortable titrating cardiac drips and managing complex medications
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities
Epic experience and neuro experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in managing cardiac drips and titration
Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of PCU/IMC patient populations including cardiac, neuro, oncology, and ortho
Familiarity with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
