Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) with cycle scheduling; every other weekend and holiday required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a home-like environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse
Collaborate with CNAs and RNs to ensure quality care
Document patient information accurately in PointClickCare
Support residents with activities of daily living

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota or compact state
Current BLS certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
Strong teamwork and work ethic as noted by the facility

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and IV therapy (minimal IVs)
Wound care and treatments
Knowledge of CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
Proficient in PointClickCare EMR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
