Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a skilled team of PTAs and rehab aides to deliver exceptional patient care
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and efficient workflow
Provide patient education and support for long-term wellness and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Proficiency with Cerner EMR is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload (9-11 patients per day)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to treat a variety of diagnoses
Time management and organizational skills
