Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge of nursing duties in a 26-bed long-term care facility
Administer medications and perform wound care treatments
Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with DON and on-call physicians as needed
Maintain accurate documentation using Matrix EMR

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend/holiday

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in long-term care nursing and resident assessment
Medication administration and wound care proficiency
Charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
