Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care that makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Monitor and record vital signs, recognizing and reporting changes in condition
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in the medical record
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate charting
Basic clinical assessments and vital sign interpretation
Infection control and safety procedures
Resident-centered care principles and ADL support
Good documentation practices and electronic health record familiarity
Effective teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
