Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention measures
Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident interactions
Support a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment for every resident
Collaborate with the care team to promote residents' well-being and comfort

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Current state certification or ability to obtain Pennsylvania certification
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude
Willingness to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental clinical skills for assisting with ADLs
Basic infection control and safety practices
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Teamwork and effective communication with nurses and support staff
Empathy, patience, and strong observational skills
