Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily needs
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely in patient records
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver safe care
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Active CNA certification required
Current state-required credentials and clear background checks as applicable
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to perform patient transfers and provide safe hands-on care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and comfort measures delivered with dignity
Vital signs monitoring and recognizing changes in patient condition
Infection control best practices and safe handling techniques
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and reliable documentation skills
