Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments according to plan and policy
Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and care given
Communicate changes in condition clearly to the care team
Assist with care planning and support resident comfort and dignity
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for New York (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain, per facility policy)
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care
Vital signs assessment and patient monitoring
Clear, compassionate patient and family communication
Clinical documentation and care plan implementation
Teamwork and the ability to follow established clinical protocols
