Roles & Responsibilities

Provide excellent, compassionate nursing care in the telemetry setting
Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient care plans
Participate actively in orientation and unit education to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — Telemetry experience required
Comfortable working in a telemetry unit and monitoring cardiac rhythms
Willingness to complete the required orientation for this role

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and basic cardiac rhythm recognition
Clinical assessment and patient monitoring in acute care
Clear, professional communication with patients and the care team
Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail
