Contract Type: Per-Diem

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and daily nursing tasks
Administer medications and treatments per plan of care with accuracy
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate resident records
Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and dignity
Collaborate with nursing staff and facility team to ensure continuity of care
Follow infection control practices and facility policies to keep everyone safe

Qualifications

Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in good standing
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or obtained upon hire
Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and clinical assessments
Willingness to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Current LPN license required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and accurate documentation
Knowledgeable in basic patient assessment and monitoring
Familiar with infection control and safety procedures
Able to work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Good time management and prioritization in a busy care setting
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
