Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with potential for occasional weekend on-call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with various diagnoses (developmental delay, autism, torticollis, orthopedic conditions)
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Some experience working with pediatric patients
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and interventions
- Pediatric and adult patient care
- Orthopedic and developmental delay conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
