Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high quality, compassionate care across the facility
• Oversee patient care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and enforce quality assurance standards to maintain regulatory compliance
• Coach and mentor team members to build a strong, skilled nursing staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure smooth handoffs
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or eligibility for Colorado licensure
• Experience or interest in Long Term Care and nursing supervision
• Solid patient care skills and comfort overseeing a clinical team
• Current BLS certification required or willingness to obtain promptly
• Strong communication and leadership skills; reliability and professionalism

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Successful completion of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and care planning with attention to detail
• Medication administration and clinical documentation best practices
• Quality assurance and regulatory compliance in long term care settings
• Leadership and staff coordination to foster a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and standard clinical workflows
