End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring and postpartum patients and their newborns
Monitor fetal heart tracings using EFM and respond to changes
Titrate medications such as magnesium and oxytocin as ordered
Assist with neonatal stabilization including CPAP, Bipap, and high flow support
Collaborate with a close-knit team in a rural hospital setting
Float to other units for sitting 1:1 patients when needed (helping hands)

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Ability to pass fit testing for N95 respirator (facial hair may require removal)
EFM certification preferred but not required at start

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
Proficient in electronic fetal monitoring (OB Trace Vue)
Experience with titrating drips (magnesium, oxytocin, etc.)
Knowledge of neonatal ventilation support (CPAP, Bipap, high flow)
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a small hospital environment
