Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility protocols
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document changes accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions
Respond to patient needs and emergencies with calm, competent action
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications a plus
Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome to inquire
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass facility background and health screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Patient education and discharge planning skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
