Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 32 hours guaranteed

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations in a fast-paced ER environment
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver life-saving interventions
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications with precision
Educate patients and families during stressful moments with empathy and clarity

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start
Minimum 5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Current ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications
Additional certifications such as ENPC, CPI, or ATT are a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in emergency settings
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable working rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
