Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a welcoming, team-oriented group of healthcare professionals
Utilize Cerner documentation and advanced equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors
Provide patient-centered care using AIDET communication and real-time feedback
Float within all sections of the Emergency Department as needed
Support a high-volume Level 2 trauma and comprehensive stroke center environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience including 1 year in an ER setting
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date
ENPC certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire
Preferred experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED with over 100,000 annual visits
Previous HCA experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong teamwork mentality and ability to coach teammates in real time
Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department
Proficiency with Cerner documentation, Baxter pumps, and GE monitors
Commitment to respectful behavior and exceptional patient experience
