Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (must be currently active)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting
BLS certification is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in rehabilitation therapy techniques and modalities
Knowledge of EMR systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
