Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Develop personalized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Collaborate with PTA staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve quality of life

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy settings

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
Cerner EMR proficiency
Orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge
Neurological and vestibular treatment experience
Patient assessment and care planning abilities
