Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varies between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, vestibular, and geriatric cases
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Utilize evidence-based techniques for balance, vestibular rehabilitation, and fall prevention
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs, rehab techs, and the Director of Rehab
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or compact privilege)
At least 1 year of outpatient experience - we want someone who hits the ground running!
Current BLS and CPR certification
EMR proficiency - you'll be charting in no time

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
Neurologic rehabilitation skills
Vestibular rehabilitation techniques
Geriatric rehabilitation experience
Proficient in EMR systems
BLS and CPR certified
