Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and motor functions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California (or compact eligible)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or acute care setting preferred
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of OT assessment tools and evidence-based interventions
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
