Location: Santa Maria, California

Start Date: 05-24-2026

End Date: 08-23-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible, with some weekend requirements every 3rd weekend)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in home health setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Utilize OASIS and Cerner EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1+ year of experience in Occupational Therapy
Experience with OASIS and home health setting preferred
CCC-SLP or CCC-A credential preferred (for Speech therapists)

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in Occupational Therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Cerner EMR system
Knowledge of OASIS and government-mandated forms
