Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in patients' homes across your assigned geographical region
Help patients recover from strokes, joint replacements, spinal injuries, and orthopedic conditions
Complete OASIS documentation to ensure compliance with government requirements
Collaborate with PT, OT, and Speech colleagues to provide comprehensive home-based care
Build meaningful relationships while guiding patients toward greater independence

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
At least 1 year of experience working as a PT, OT, or Speech professional
Experience with OASIS documentation
Home health experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of OASIS documentation requirements
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Ability to work independently in home-based settings
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Comfortable covering a defined geographical region
