Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MFM ultrasound exams including fetal anatomy scans and biophysical profiles to support diagnostic care
• Image fetal cardiac structures proficiently and assist with fetal echocardiography studies
• Operate and optimize GE Voluson 22 and GE Voluson E10 systems for excellent image capture
• Use EMR systems (Meditech, Viewpoint, Sectra) to document studies, ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate with care teams
• Support invasive obstetric procedures workflow by preparing patients and equipment for amniocentesis and CVS when applicable
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine physicians and multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate patient care
• Maintain professional standards, follow unit policies, and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• MFM ultrasound experience with OB/GYN registry (required)
• Ability to proficiently image fetal cardiac structures or prior fetal echo experience (required)
• Minimum of 1 year relevant ultrasound/sonography experience as indicated in the posting
• Fetal Echo Registry (preferred)
• Familiarity with Meditech, Viewpoint, and Sectra EMR systems
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting in a busy outpatient/inpatient imaging unit

Knowledge & Skills

• Ultrasound imaging and fetal anatomy scanning expertise
• Biophysical profile (BPP) and Doppler ultrasound proficiency
• First trimester nuchal screening and fetal echocardiogram skills
• Experience with GE Voluson 22 and GE Voluson E10 equipment
• Familiarity with procedures like amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling
• Efficient EMR usage (Meditech, Viewpoint, Sectra) and accurate documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork aptitude in a multidisciplinary environment
