Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic nursing care to residents and patients
Monitor and document patient vital signs, changes, and care given
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
Follow care plans and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
Support medication administration and accurate charting per facility policy
Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity and safety

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (practical/vocational nurse) required
Ability to work in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and comply with facility onboarding
Successful completion of background check and required facility onboarding

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental clinical nursing skills and patient observation
Accurate documentation and charting practices
Clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff
Basic medication administration knowledge and safety awareness
Time management for efficient 6-hour shift workflows
