Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate basic nursing care to residents and patients
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, changes, and care given
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
- Follow care plans and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
- Support medication administration and accurate charting per facility policy
- Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity and safety
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license (practical/vocational nurse) required
- Ability to work in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and comply with facility onboarding
- Successful completion of background check and required facility onboarding
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamental clinical nursing skills and patient observation
- Accurate documentation and charting practices
- Clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff
- Basic medication administration knowledge and safety awareness
- Time management for efficient 6-hour shift workflows
