Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional environment
Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with clinical procedures
Collect vitals, update patient records, and ensure accurate documentation
Support patient flow by coordinating check-in/check-out and communicating effectively with the care team
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow infection control practices
Participate in orientation and training to stay current with facility protocols

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical training preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings or vaccinations
Prior outpatient or clinic experience is a plus but enthusiastic learners are welcome

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable taking vitals and performing routine clinical tasks
Familiarity with electronic medical records or willingness to learn quickly
Good organization and time-management skills for fast-paced clinics
Team-player mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and patient safety
