Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility with proper technique
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and observations
Follow infection control protocols and contribute to a clean, safe environment
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
Active state CNA license if applicable in the assignment state
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Comfortable working night shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient hygiene, feeding, and assistance with ADLs
Proficient in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition
Good documentation practices and familiarity with basic charting
Compassionate bedside manner and strong teamwork abilities
