Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex, multidisciplinary laboratory testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with accuracy and care.
Execute and document quality control procedures to ensure reliable, regulatory-compliant results.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting—prioritize specimens, tests, and equipment needs without dropping the ball.
Function as a technical resource and, when required by licensure, act in a supervisory capacity to support lab operations.

Qualifications

Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required).
Proven experience performing complex testing in General Laboratory (Chemistry/Hematology), Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
Comfortable working full-time evening/night shifts.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
