Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations (vascular and general) with professionalism and attention to patient comfort
• Operate and manage imaging studies using PACS (including GE Centricity) and ensure accurate image capture and archiving
• Document findings clearly and collaborate with radiologists and the care team to support timely patient care
• Maintain competency through required Trinity specialty testing and skills checklists
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and credentialing requirements such as fit testing and immunizations
• Provide compassionate patient education and clear communication to ease exam-related concerns

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• RDMS and/or RVT credentialing required (RDMS/RVT noted in job details)
• Experience with GE Centricity PACS preferred and listed in the job details
• License/certificate verification required per facility policy
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist prior to start
• Ability to meet facility health requirements: fit test, drug screen, vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, influenza), 2-step PPD or IGRA, varicella, and physical/health statement

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and vascular studies
• Experience using PACS systems (GE Centricity PACS mentioned)
• Credentialed knowledge as RDMS and/or RVT
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Comfort working night shift rotations and managing a full workload during on-block periods
• Familiarity with clinical competency testing and documentation
