Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the care team
Document care thoroughly and maintain clear, timely charting
Collaborate with nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents' activities of daily living while preserving dignity and comfort

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Professional, compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Clinical assessment and basic nursing procedures
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Infection control, wound care basics, and resident safety protocols
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication with patients and families
