Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications accurately and document administration
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the care team to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
Support patient and family education to promote safe recovery

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience preferred; recent graduates with strong clinical training welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work 12.5-hour clinical shifts and lift/assist as required by role

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and safety
Clinical documentation and electronic medical records
Infection control and safety practices
Effective communication and teamwork
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
