Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to assigned patients
- Administer medications accurately and document administration
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the care team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
- Support patient and family education to promote safe recovery
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Clinical experience preferred; recent graduates with strong clinical training welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work 12.5-hour clinical shifts and lift/assist as required by role
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent completion of an accredited LPN program

- Infection control and safety practices
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
