Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and report changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care with accuracy
Maintain accurate and timely charting to ensure continuity of care
Promote a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents and patients

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in good standing (ME licensure preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience in long-term care or acute care settings preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a care team
Current immunizations per facility policy and ability to pass background checks

Education

LPN: Completed accredited practical nursing program
RN: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (per RN requirements)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and nursing assessments
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Skilled at prioritizing tasks during overnight shift demands
Able to perform basic clinical procedures and follow care plans
Professional bedside manner and patient advocacy skills
