Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Autumn Lake Healthcare
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create positive outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Foster a warm, supportive environment that residents call home

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Travel nursing experience preferred but enthusiasm welcome
BLS certification required
Ready to jump into a 6-week contract starting soon

Education

Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Adaptability to fast-paced long-term care settings
Attention to detail in documentation and care planning
