Shift Type: Full-time nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (36 hours guaranteed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to rehab patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity
Document patient progress accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in rehab or long-term care settings preferred
Compassionate team player ready to hit the ground running

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication with patients and families
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Adaptability in fast-paced rehab environments
