Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
Administer medications and treatments safely and document care accurately
Perform resident assessments and communicate changes in condition promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and follow individualized care plans
Support activities of daily living and promote resident independence and dignity
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN licensure (appropriate for role) — ready to work in Massachusetts
Completion of an accredited LPN or RN program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain promptly
Comfort working in a skilled nursing/rehab setting; per diem flexibility required
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program; high school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Resident assessment and clinical documentation
Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Infection prevention and adherence to safety protocols
Strong interpersonal skills for resident- and family-centered care
Ability to prioritize, manage time, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
