Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (specific days to be confirmed)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and update care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Deliver clear, respectful communication with residents and families to support care goals
Maintain infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license (appropriate to the role) — Massachusetts licensure preferred
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working in a long-term care / rehab setting
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with solid communication skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and monitoring
Resident assessment and charting/documentation
Familiarity with long-term care and rehab nursing practices
Infection prevention and safety protocols
Team collaboration and clear communication with families and staff
