Location: Albuquerque, NM

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (as needed), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality bedside care and monitoring for assigned patients during your shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility policy
Perform timely, accurate documentation in the patient record and handoffs
Assess patients’ conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Support patient comfort, dignity, and education while following infection control practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN credential (Class listing includes LPN and RN)
Active, unrestricted nursing license appropriate for your role (LPN or RN)
Comfortable working overnight/night shift hours (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) on a per diem basis
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently when covering shifts

Education

LPN: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
RN: Graduate of an accredited associate or baccalaureate nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals of nursing care, patient assessment, and medication administration
Effective communication and teamwork with diverse clinical staff
Basic familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Infection prevention, safety practices, and patient advocacy
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced shift environment
