Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on nursing care and support to residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess and monitor vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
Document resident conditions and care interventions clearly in the chart
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to deliver person-centered care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident dignity and comfort
Support infection control practices and maintain a safe care environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and basic wound care
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and monitoring
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Charting and electronic medical record familiarity
Vital signs assessment and clinical observation
Infection prevention and control best practices
Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
