Location: Breckenridge, Minnesota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; includes every other weekend and holiday.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the charge nurse
Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality of life for residents
Document care accurately in PointClickCare EMR
Support a home-like environment by promoting teamwork and strong ethics

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota (or compact state)
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PointClickCare electronic medical records
Understanding of LTC regulations and patient care standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
