Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
Perform thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in condition
Document clinical status and interventions clearly and timely in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity and independence
Participate in care planning and family communication to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Comfortable and competent working a long day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) as scheduled
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across the care team
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain per facility policy

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Infection control principles and safe clinical technique
Charting and electronic documentation familiarity
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
