Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as an LPN
Administer medications and document patient responses accurately
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
Monitor patient status and report changes to the RN or provider promptly
Maintain clear, timely charting in the electronic health record
Support a safe environment by following infection control policies

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Comfortable with electronic charting and standard clinical procedures

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent (LPN program)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Wound care, vital signs monitoring, and basic clinical assessments
Familiarity with common nursing equipment and safety protocols
Effective time management and prioritization on busy shifts
Team collaboration and clear clinical communication
