Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to meet daily needs
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians for coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation and care plans
Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellness

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable with medication administration, basic wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass background check and standard health screenings
Prior clinical experience preferred but new grads from accredited programs are welcome to apply

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic patient assessment and vital sign interpretation
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Infection control and patient safety practices
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
Clear, empathetic communication with patients, families, and staff
