Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and meet patients' daily needs with professionalism
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and contribute to care planning
Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure seamless patient experiences
Maintain accurate clinical records and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent practical nursing training
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts as listed in the job details
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing principles, medication administration, and wound care
Familiarity with charting and electronic medical records
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong patient advocacy and interpersonal skills
Good infection control and safety practice awareness
